General Notice
The Garden Auto Styling provides professional window tint, vinyl wrap, and detailing services for vehicles, homes, and offices. By booking or purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and policies.

Warranties

• Automotive Window Tint – All automotive tint installations include the manufacturer’s warranty, typically lifetime coverage against discoloration, peeling, adhesive failure, cracking, delaminating, oxidation, and corrosion unless otherwise specified (e.g., mirror tint and specialty films).

• Residential & Commercial Window Tint – Manufacturer’s warranties vary depending on the film selected, typically 10 years or lifetime for residential applications. Coverage will be explained to the client prior to installation.

• Vinyl Wrap – Warranty is based on the film manufacturer and may vary depending on the brand and type of film. Warranty details will be disclosed to the client at the time of service. All installations are also covered against installer error.

• Installer Warranty – We stand behind our workmanship. Any installation defects attributable to our process will be corrected at no additional cost.​

Legal Compliance (Window Tint)
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tint laws. The Garden Auto Styling is not responsible for any citations, tickets, or penalties resulting from non-compliant tint.

Liability

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to glass, paint, trim, or vehicle components.

• We are not liable for electrical or mechanical malfunctions, including but not limited to power windows, locks, or other systems.

• Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings from vehicles or spaces prior to service. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or left-behind items.

Service Limitations

• While we strive for the best results, some imperfections may occur (e.g., minor dust particles or small bubbles during curing). These typically resolve naturally during the curing process.

• Detailing & Cleaning Services – Complete stain or damage removal cannot be guaranteed. Results depend on the condition of the surface.

• Film & Vinyl Longevity – Durability depends on care, maintenance, and environmental exposure. Proper aftercare instructions will be provided.
